Haawe Boutique Apartment Hotel is located in the center of Rovaniemi, Haawe is a design hotel inspired by the nature of magical Lapland with thirteen themed rooms each having its own story.Now we are looking for a receptionist+housekeeper (part-time or full-time) to work with us.Receptionist (ca. 50%) + Housekeeping (ca. 50%) Or Housekeeping (100%):
– Room preparation (putting food) and inspecting every detail of the room before guests check-in.
– Greet and welcome the guests
– Assisting and guiding guests
– Answering emails and phone calls
– Customer service
– Housekeeping and other tasks in need.Further Personal Assets:
– Positive attitude & Customer-oriented
– Good customer service skills and experience working within the hotel industry is plus
– Knowledge of Rovaniemi city is plus,
