• You will be our guests’ superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level

• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department

• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential

Additional information:

• In this role, you’ll typically work shifts of 5.5 to 7.5 hours, scheduled between 07:15 and 23:15. The shifts may fall on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
• As the onboarding process includes training, it’s important that you are available to complete approximately 15 training shifts over the first 3-4 weeks.
