The successful individual will have the following :

• Previous experience in recruitment consultancy experience
• Proven track record in a 360° recruitment role
• Good commercial business acumen with strong business development experience
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention skills.
• A passion for recruitment with excellent customer service skills.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a warm desk with an excellent network of clients and candidates. Your entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy will be highly valued, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative team environment without the constraints of micro-management.Managing a warm desk, the successful individual will have the following responsibilities:

• Sourcing financial & HR professionals through various methods.
• Leading candidate interview screening and selections
• Promoting business development with new and existing clients.
• Providing an in depth understanding of Finance & HR sectors, remaining up to date with market trends.
• Managing sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Preparing candidates and clients for interviews.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
• Maintaining and updating recruitment database.
