Join us in shaping the future of HR in the CEE region.Job DescriptionJoin our HR Services Hub in Vecsés and help to attract the best candidates for our locations in Germany. If you are fluent in both German and English and you are creative, well-structured and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!Your tasks will be:Maintenance of recruitment-related systems and toolsCreation and publication of job advertisementsScheduling of interviews and contracting dialoguesManaging rejections and candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive experienceProcessing of incoming requests via the Shared Service Framework (SSF)Coordination of internal transfersSupport in relocation processes for new employeesQualifications

• Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas

• Personality: Open-minded, self-organized, proactive, advanced stakeholder management skills

• Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
