Job Category: Customer ServicesDegree Level: Bachelor’s DegreeJob Description:As a RED-A rNPI Engineer NSP-SDN within the Nokia Regional Engineering Delivery team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional installation and upgrade services across the EMEA Region. Working closely with customers, both remotely and onsite, you will gather requirements and oversee project deployments to ensure seamless service delivery. In this collaborative environment, you’ll partner with Technical Designers, NPI Engineers, and Integration Engineers, leveraging your expertise in Network Management and Cloud Computing to address complex challenges. Your contributions will enhance customer experiences while promoting best practices within the team. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you’ll develop customized workshops and technical training for clients, fostering strong relationships and enabling their success. • Lead customer interactions for requirements gathering and successful project deployments, both remotely and onsite.
• Execute NSP installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities, ensuring timely post-sales delivery support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive method of procedures, detailed build documentation, and test documentation.
• Develop custom software scripts and tools to facilitate seamless project deployments and enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver tailored workshops and technical training sessions, empowering customers with knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Management and Support teams to address solution issues and drive product evolution.
• Set clear customer expectations throughout project implementation, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications:You have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecom, or Software Engineering
• Strong skills with Linux/Unix, Solaris, Red Hat, CentOS
• Good knowledge of IP Networking and related protocols (IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
• Experience in consulting and providing professional services directly to customers
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of hypervisor technology (KVM, ESXi) and multivendor OSS integration experience
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms like OpenStack
• Experience in Software Defined Networking & Network Function Virtualization concepts
