Working closely with customers, both remotely and onsite, you will gather requirements and oversee project deployments to ensure seamless service delivery. In this collaborative environment, you’ll partner with Technical Designers, NPI Engineers, and Integration Engineers, leveraging your expertise in Network Management and Cloud Computing to address complex challenges. Your contributions will enhance customer experiences while promoting best practices within the team. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you’ll develop customized workshops and technical training for clients, fostering strong relationships and enabling their success.
