Role 1: Senior Mechanical Design Engineers As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will participate in the full development cycle, from early idea maturation through concept feasibility all the way to detailed design and prototype testing. Key mechanical engineering tasks include but are not limited to; Conceptual design, Detailed design and modelling, Simulations and calculations, Prototyping and testing. RequirementsEducated to University degree level in Mechanical EngineeringRelevant design experience from the downhole or drilling sectorExperience with new product development processes, 3D modelling and designSome experience with FEA and calculations Role 2: Senior Software Engineer As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the R&D team and the Electronics & Software technical discipline. You will be supporting the product development of Reelwell’s product lines by contributing actively to projects or owning and/or leading activities as delegated. You will be supporting and participating in most aspects related to software engineering including Concept Development, Design, Engineering, Qualification & Testing, Prototyping, Documentation, Deployment & Testing of Products and Systems. Key software engineering tasks include but are not limited to; System architecture and design, Data visualization, Modelling and algorithms related to interpretations of sensor data, Embedded software, Surface control system architecture and implementation RequirementsMinimum bachelor’s degree within Software and/or electronics5 years or more relevant experience Role 3: QHSE Manager A business-critical role with responsibility for the yearly HSEQ activity plan, internal and external audits, and have overall HSE & Quality ownership. The QHSE Manager will be leading and driving the continuous improvement efforts within Quality and HSE. It is the responsibility of every employee to adhere to quality and HSE requirements. However, the QHSE Manager is the main responsible for ensuring that processes and systems enables and support this work, and together with the rest of the management team build a quality and safety culture. RequirementsMin. 2-5 years of experience within QHSE management or coordination.Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality and safety programs in large-scale operations.Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry.Excellent understanding of quality management principles and continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma, Lean).Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working in remote or offshore environments is a plus. Role 4: Project Manager The Project Manager will have the responsibility for engineering projects, including integration projects where DualLink is integrated on a rig or platform, other company products are integrated into DualLink, or development of new products. The role is a technical role, and the project manager will fill in between engineering disciplines ensuring that all the tasks necessary in such projects are covered. Other key tasks include but are not limited to; Develop and maintain detailed plans for all phases in integration and engineering projects, Represent company towards customers and third parties, Review of product designs and documentation, Ensuring project compliance and schedule / timeline is met, Technical support to Sales and Operation. RequirementsMinimum bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Control Systems or Mechanical Engineering5 years or more relevant experienceMust of have a good understanding of multi-discipline systems consisting of mechanical, electrical and software sub-systems, and be able to discuss technical details with internal and external project contributors and stakeholders.
