We are looking for a “Regional Forecasting Specialist ( Sales & Marketing )” for our global client operating in Cosmetics sector.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years work experience (Forecasting , demand planning , supply planning ).
Advance MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point),
Fluent English,
University bachelor degree, preferably in, Economics, Engineering or Statistics,
Analytical – an excellent eye for numbers and understanding for cause and effect, to ensure optimal prices,
Thorough – careful in his/her work, ensuring that calculations are correct. Deadlines must be met, and details are under control. Well-organized & methodical,
Initiative – self-motivated and be able to work independently. He/she should have a curious mind-set always looking for new possibilities and ways of improving the KPIs,
Team player – strong communication skills and work well with other departments as well as countries who often sit far away and may have differing agendas and focus,
Open-minded, positive and committed.
Job Description:
Ensure delivery of accurate and complete product forecast for catalogue, flyers and other necessary campaign components according to submission schedule within planning horizon.
Responsible to review the product forecast performance for the closed sales periods and ensure the forecast is updated on campaign basis accounting for the sales trend.
Prepare necessary materials and input on forecasted performance for catalogue statistics reviews and catalogue sign-off meetings with regional marketing team explaining clearly drivers behind forecast and highlighting areas for improvements.
Work with planning team closely and giving inputs to adjust merchandising prices & plans to capture the commercial mechanic of the catalogue and ensure strong profitability.
Always strive to improve forecasting accuracy to enable better decision-making in sales planning and higher service levels.
Ensure smooth and continuous interaction with local sales and marketing department to align expectations on product and sales forecast parameters and local sales plans.
Monthly campaign forecast for new products, HERO brands, and key commercial campaign offers to be validated according to Machine Learning results.
Monthly stock reviews along with Supply team.
Monthly plans review, along with Campaign Planning team, to deliver the most profitable and effective plans.
Assist Regional Forecasting Manager in analyzing and reporting Forecasting KPIs and make recommendations for future actions to improve forecasting accuracy.
