To our client Chiesi we are now recruiting to a new position as Regional Market Access Manager.The Regional Market Access Manager function is a significant part of the Nordic team driving the Chiesi business in the Nordics through interaction and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
The Regional Market Access Manager will collaborate closely with Chiesi colleagues within the Nordic region to support local access pathways, and with a patient centric mindset be resourceful and find solutions to access challenges for Chiesi in-market products and indications as well as upcoming launches.The role involves developing, implementing, and executing the market access activities identified to enable patient access and the future growth of our current and pipeline products, as well as building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders involved in decision-making related to access to Chiesi therapies in Sweden.Responsibilities:Be the main responsible person for Chiesi market access activities, with focus on formulary listings and national recommendations, in assigned region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proactively develop and implement access and stakeholder engagement plans for national and regional market access with focus on formulary listings and national recommendations
• Lead key access projects and activities and develop regional market access and communication materials to support the implementation of the access and stakeholder plans
• Proactively build and maintain personal network with relevant access stakeholders, internally and externally, and monitor local access environmant to be able to adapt and adjust plans and activities
• Be the main contact person for Chiesi regional access activities, both internally and externally for the assigned region, participate in national and international exhibitions/congresses/meetings

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent understanding of the environment in which Chiesi operate:

• Understanding of Swedish market access environment and how this impacts Chiesi’s local business, analysing both challenges and opportunities.
• Understanding of clinical, economical, and environmental data, and how this can be translated into value messages in discussions with key access stakeholders
• Self-starting and proactive, ability to assimilate and digest multiple, complex information

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications & project management skills
• Proven ability of cross-functional internal and external collaboration

RequirementsEducation: Minimum University Degree in Economics, Business, Medicine, Pharmacology, Science or similar
Languages: Fluent Swedish and EnglishPrevious experience:

• 7-10 year from the Nordic pharmaceutical industry, health care sector, or equivalent
• Preferably previous Market Access experience, including interaction with key Swedish access stakeholders (focus on payer, policy, and administrative decision makers as well as politicians)
