As a Regional Security Manager (RSM), you will play a key role in leading and developing security operations across multiple sites. You will work in a dynamic environment where security, compliance, and efficiency are top priorities.We are looking for someone with experience in managing security teams who thrives in both strategic and operational roles. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of security procedures and systems, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including law enforcement and government agencies, to maintain a high level of security.Success in this role requires a genuine passion for working with people in all capacities. You are a perceptive and motivating leader with extensive experience in guiding organizations toward common goals and achieving success collaboratively. Your strong leadership background, combined with experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role, will be key to excelling in this position.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and develop security teams to ensure effective operations.Oversee security systems, risk assessments, and incident management.Analyze reports and implement necessary security measures.Collaborate with law enforcement and external partners.Optimize security processes for efficiency and quality.To thrive in this role, you should:Meet and continue to meet licensing requirements for security officers, as applicable to local, county, and state laws and regulations.Maintain the necessary skills, certifications, and authorizations for assigned accounts.Be available and knowledgeable in security operations and procedures applicable to a 24-hour facility.Demonstrate strong supervisory skills, including assigning work, providing training, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to prepare materials and convey critical information effectively.Conduct presentations and facilitate group meetings, both in person and online.This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the chance to influence and enhance security operations within an organization that prioritizes safety and protection.KravspecifikationTo succeed in this role, a genuine passion for working with people in all capacities is essential. • Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Swedish.
• Completed upper secondary (high school) education with passing grades in Swedish 1 and English 5 (or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Experience as a manager in security operations, service planning, service development, or a related operational field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience in handling security-related audits.
