The Opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Officer with a focus on Chemicals for an 8-month maternity cover contract starting in August. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of laboratory chemicals in Denmark, supporting both internal and external customers with your product knowledge. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation concerning product sales and provide timely information to local and European teams.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Laboratory education and a few years of experience
- Science education or equivalent
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- An open-minded approach and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Danish
How You Will Thrive and Make an ImpactIn this role, you will:
- Handle technical questions and complaints regarding your product group
- Provide product training to account managers and customer service
- Maintain contact with local authorities, participating in inspections, declarations, reporting, and license requests
- Ensure the local organization is compliant with legal requirements and legislation
- Provide inputs for supplier product range introductions considering local legislation
- Support central projects with local implementations
- Provide regulatory support to local business and operations teams
- Ensure all local licenses regarding the distribution of the agreed product portfolio are available
- Manage the release list for blocked articles for the local organization
- Implement local documentation into the Nordic IMS
- Address customer requests regarding quality and EHS
