A leading financial institution is looking to hire an experienced and results oriented Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Banking division, with a focus on clients in the Nordic markets.Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across the Nordic region.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including credit, treasury, trade finance, and investment products.
Originate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and solutions.
Monitor and manage credit risk within the portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal risk and regulatory policies.
Represent the bank at industry events, client meetings, and regional conferences.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate or investment banking, preferably with exposure to Nordic clients.
Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian), in addition to English
Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver financial solutions in a commercial banking environment.
In depth knowledge of Nordic economic, regulatory, and market dynamics.
High level of professionalism, commercial acumen, and client service orientation
