Relationship Officer Team Lead

Job descriptionBeing part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business.The Exit Management Team Lead is responsible for leading the team covering the closing stages of a client lifecycle. With a team of client facing officers, the CLM Exit Management team lead will be in charge of :
– managing the stages bringing a client to an exit decision including dormant and recalcitrant accounts
– implementing all necessary strategies to reconnect contact with dormant account holders
– efficiently supervising and manage the exit process
– owning KPIs and KRIs for exit
This person will deliver consistent and practical end-to-end operational support to client facing team, providing first-class client experience to both internal (client facing) and external clients, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations for this key client stage.Are you interested ?
