Your main duties as a Reliability Engineer Facilities and Utilities will include:

• Improving the reliability of equipment, critical systems and maintenance processes by applying the principles of Reliability Engineering program.
• Applying Root Cause Analysis methodologies to improve equipment that support manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced cGMP, biotechnology environment.
• Optimizing maintenance costs by analyzing data to identify and reduce costs associated with equipment failures.

Additional duties will include:

• Measuring reliability performance and demonstrate success of improvements.
• Ensuring compliance of equipment and installations with industry regulations (GMP, FDA).
• Coordinating with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure installations meet operational needs and quality requirements.

Your Background:

• Experience in Engineering Maintenance, including working on capital projects.
• Knowledge of a GMP environment and Operational maintenance methods.
• Knowledge on CMMS system (JDE, SAP..).
