Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass a broad range of legal disciplines, including:

• Employment Law

• Advising on day-to-day HR and employment-related matters.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and correspondence.
• Delivering training on employment law topics.
• Data Protection

• Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
• Overseeing and advising on data protection governance frameworks.
• Conducting audits and assessments to mitigate risks.
• Risk and Compliance

• Managing risk registers and ensuring best practices in compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Supporting business acceptance, conflicts, and professional ethics compliance.
• Commercial Property

• Advising on property transactions, leases, and regulatory compliance.
• Mergers & Acquisitions

• Leading legal due diligence and advising on key agreements such as share purchase and joint venture agreements.
