We foster an environment where ideas are shared, challenges are embraced, and growth is nurtured.As a Research & Insight Consultant, you are responsible for various quantitative projects in the field of Employee Experience (EX), Customer Experience (CX) and Market Research. You convince our customers with your project management skills and expertise which covers the whole study design – from project setup, questionnaire development, and coordinating of fieldwork to data analysis and presentation of valuable insights. Your expertise makes you a reliable partner across the organization and a role model for your colleagues, as you will be working closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams.You ‘read’ data, can identify the potential for improvement, and deliver recommendations. Your mission is to give every voice value and help our customers make better, data-driven decisions. In addition, you are responsible for proposals, controlling project costs, and quality assurance. The role includes everything from hands-on detailed work within deliveries to the ability to elevate discussions to a higher strategic level when needed, ensuring a holistic approach to insights and decision-making.What we are looking for

• Around 3-5 years of experience as a consultant/project manager from a market research institute, consultancy, internal market research department, or feedback management provider
• Solid practical knowledge regarding quantitative research projects and Analytics
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to develop our service solutions and way of working (deliveries, processes)
• Business-level fluency in Swedish and English. Norwegian is a big plus
• Experience with online surveys and statistical software, e.g. SPSS or R is a plus
• Experience with Python, PowerBI, VBA and/or autogenerated reporting would be highly merited
• Knowledge and experience of hands on organizational development as a consultant working with clients is a major plus
