This position is embedded within the Theoretical Chemical Physics (TCP) group at the Department of Physics and Materials Science (DPhyMS). The ability to model emergent phenomena at multiple scales-from quantum interactions to classical dynamics-is pivotal to unlocking new insights into molecular systems and advancing our understanding of their behavior. Addressing this challenge requires a specialist in statistical mechanics capable of bridging these scales using advanced mathematical and computational tools on high-performance computers.Applications should be addressed to Alexandre Tkatchenko ().Your profile…

• PhD in physics and postdoctoral experience in advanced statistical mechanics
• Evidence of research independence and publications in internationally renowned journals
