London – £55,000 – £70,000 Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Exec

- Expertise in a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage and build relationships with clients and introducers
- Proficiency in providing quotes, file opening, and post-completion matters
- A pragmatic approach, an eye for detail, and the ability to think on your feet
- A hunger to learn and progress within a dynamic team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years of experience in residential property
- A plan to build new relationships and develop existing ones, even if a following is not expected
- A commitment to modern working practices and a willingness to consider flexible or agile working arrangements
