Central London

• Expertise in a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage and build relationships with clients and introducers
• Proficiency in providing quotes, file opening, and post-completion matters
• A pragmatic approach, an eye for detail, and the ability to think on your feet
• A hunger to learn and progress within a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years of experience in residential property
• A plan to build new relationships and develop existing ones, even if a following is not expected
• A commitment to modern working practices and a willingness to consider flexible or agile working arrangements
