Du samarbetar både inom och mellan avdelningar och tar fullt ägandeskap inte bara för ditt område, utan för gästens helhetsupplevelse. Alltid och varje gång!Vad ingår i arbetsuppgifterna?

• Leda personalen i den dagliga driften.
• Inköp och budgetansvar för din avdelning så vi håller våra satta prognoser.
• Höja vår servicenivå genom att ständigt utveckla och utbilda vår personal.
• Personalansvar för bar, servis och runners. Där du ansvarar för schemaläggning och nyrekryteringar.
• Ta fram och utveckla vårt drinkutbud tillsammans med ansvariga.
• Ansvar för återkoppling till gäst på mail samt i Loopon som är vårtsystem där vi möter gästnöjdheten.
• Inventering av dryck inför bokslut.
• Aktivt delta i hotellets gemensamma möten och mål då vi arbetar som ett team- tillsammans.
• Ingå i hotellets avdelningschefsgrupp och rapportera till Operations Manager

Jag har lång erfarenhet av hotell &- restaurangbranschen och har arbetat i flera olika positioner både inom restaurang/bar samt på hotellet.
Som ledare är jag närvarande, tydlig och och förstår att alla individers styrkor är det som gör dynamiken i teamet. Jag drivs utav människor, möten och hitta nya och gemensamma vägar för att nå våra mål.Anställningsgrad: 100 %, tjänsten innebär arbete under dag, kväll och helger.
