Due to expansion, Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club are looking for 2 Restaurant Managers to join their team in Delgany, Co. Wicklow A63 DC95. This is a permanent, full-time position. 39hrs/wk €38,000/annum Duties include but are not limited to: Managing the daily operations of the Restaurant Delivering high standards of Customer Service Overseeing all aspects of service and service staff during operating hours Meeting all financial goals set Meeting departmental targets and objectives Setting work schedules within budget Co-ordinating closely with kitchen staff Implementing company policies and procedures Ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours required for the job to include evening and weekend work. To operate the till in line with till operation and cash handling procedures.
