With a strong background in retail, you excel at formulating and implementing major change projects and driving complex programmes of work that accelerate business growth and deliver sustainable value.RequirementsYou..

• Have a minimum of 5 years of industry or consulting experience in Retail involving one or more of the following: Buying, Merchandising, Trade planning (price & promotions)
• Strong track record delivering change projects including process and business change, technology enabled initiatives or operational improvement
• Deep understanding and passion for the retail grocery industry that clients operate in, and to grasp clients’ business options in the context of global, economic, technology, and social trends
• Strong grasp on technology solutions in Retail planning and supply chain e.g. Blue Yonder, Relex, Oracle, SAP

Additional Skills

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• End-to-end project management and delivery skills – from concept to implementation – across category management, assortment, space planning or pricing and promotion solutions
• Expert level Excel and PowerPoint
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
