Challenges:The retail IT support’s mission is to help and support our showrooms across the UK – and all other English-speaking areas such as Scandinavia – in order to achieve company’s objectives. He/she installs, trains our partners and diagnoses and solves any IT issue the showrooms may face to. He/she contributes to making customers (consumers and dealer partners) ambassadors of the Brand, facilitating their design and sales.Additionally, he/she will actively support the internal staffMain Responsibilities:The SCHMIDT brand, which has had a presence for seven years, currently has 29 showrooms and enjoys great potential for future growth. The responsibilities of the retail IT support are:
- Support our showrooms in understanding the various tools and processes used
Appear as the Super User of our internal IT systems, knowing and respecting the process descriptionsGuarantee the opening of new showrooms, Installing the tools and training the new staff members
- Help dealers to increase their turnover and profitability
Support all the customer needs using any communication channels (phone, email, visio…)Represent a driving force behind proposals as part of a continuous improvement program
- Act as a key player between Schmidt Groupe and its Network
Carry and transmit the Values of the within the Network.By listening to the Dealers and teams, bring up the expectations of Consumers and of the Network.What we expect:
- An apprenticeship as an IT specialist with min. 1 year work experience
- Proven successful experience in technical support, ideally in a retail call center
- Excellent communication
- Customer driven
- Proactive, solution-oriented and a master organizer, who never misses deadlines.
- Language: English (native speaker or C1)
