Excel Recruitment is seeking a Retail Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team, driving excellence in their operations across the Munster region. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to lead key retail projects, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of a well-established retail business.Salary: €55k – €55kResponsibilities:

• Oversee and manage retail projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Evaluate current retail operations and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices
• Analyse key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, preferably within the retail sector
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work flexibly and travel across the Munster region as required
• A relevant qualification in Project Management, Retail Operations, or a related field is advantageous
