About the Role:
SquarePeg is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively inform customers.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, restocking merchandise as needed.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments securely.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is desired.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising standards.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
