If so, we want to hear from you!What To Expect:As the Retail Sales Execution Manager for the Shave Care category (including brands like Venus and Gillette) across the Nordic region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the shopper experience in-store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• In-Store Execution: Spend a significant amount of time in stores within the Stockholm area to implement and optimize execution strategies. The primary focus is to ensure our products are available on shelves and presented in a logical, shopper-friendly manner to drive sales.
• Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with both retailers and our internal and external sales teams. This will include educating and coaching the external sales force on effective strategies to influence retail partners and enhance in-store performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct monthly analysis of in-store execution status and provide insights to key stakeholders within the business. You will lead the deep-dive on our sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive decision-making.
• Training & Development: Equip and train internal sales teams on the importance of excellent in-store execution, helping them understand how to engage with retailer headquarters effectively.
• Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrate personal leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and driving value sales through effective execution.

Job QualificationsWhat We Look For:

• Data Analysis: This role requires a large amount of data handling therefore advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with desirable proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Relationship Building: you are required to have proven experience with building strong relationships and fostering collaboration, ideally in a retail setting. You will have varied stakeholders where you’ll need to support them to deliver accelerated results of better in-store execution.
• Personal Leadership: you’ll have a direct impact on our value sales through your ability to make products available to shoppers in our retail partners. You will therefore need to have the initiative to identify opportunities, simplify and improve processes.
• Excellent Execution: Attention to detail on a store-by-store level, both when it comes to the actual execution as well as the data reporting, will be critical to ensure we transform the in-store execution and focus on the right opportunities/big bets
• Resilience: you’ll work in a fast-paced retail landscape, you’ll need to be able to work to short lead times and identifying as well as solving issues under high time pressure. Success involves being able to reduce the need for last minute changes proactively whilst being resilient to solve for ad-hoc requests.
• Communication and Language Skills: you’ll need excellent communication skills to deliver your message effectively. You’ll also need full proficiency in both English and Swedish.
• Valid drivers license.
