Grænn is the Danish cosmetics company behind market-leading brands such as Nilens Jord, Flora Danica Parfums, and Miild Beauty. We are now looking for passionate talents who can help establish these brands in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.KICKS is looking for a Sales Executive who will work with Grænn A/S’s brand Nilens Jord, which will be launched in Finland. In this key role, you will be an important part of our expansion in Finland, where you will work closely with our retail partners to strengthen our presence and maximize sales in stores.About the roleAs a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for retail sales, independently managing your region, and serving as an inspiration for store staff. Are you ready to be involved from the start and take our beauty brand Nilens Jord to the next level?Additionally, you will:
- Exceed sales targets through active presence in stores and close collaboration with retail partners.
- Create strong and long-term relationships with store managers, regional managers, and store staff.
- Implement a TOP door strategy to ensure key stores receive extra attention and support.
- Monitor sales results and KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure that store staff have good product knowledge through both physical and digital training.
- Tailor training programs for key stores in your region.
- Ensure that the brand has optimal visibility in stores according to VM guidelines.
- Work creatively to create inspiring and sales-driving displays.
- Plan and execute store events that strengthen the brand and engage customers.
- Create strong relationships with store teams and promote local collaborations, for example with shopping centers.
- Be responsible for your region’s budget and regularly report to the Retail Sales Manager.
- Plan and execute store visits based on sales development and needs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales, preferably from a store.
- Is a natural relationship builder who motivates and inspires store staff.
- Is independent, result-oriented, and accustomed to working at a high pace.
- Enjoys a job that includes some travel.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a makeup artist or similar.
- Thrives in a dynamic role with many contact points.
