About your future roleJoin our vibrant, results-driven team as a Retention Specialist where you’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers through inbound and outbounds calls. You’ll actively engage with customers, addressing their needs, resolving concerns and improving customer satisfaction.Working alongside talented professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence client success and company growth.This is a role where your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, customer-first mindset will be a key to success.The team is based in Vallila, Helsinki.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Connecting with our existing customers through inbound & outbound calls
- Retain our merchant customers from across various industries by successfully upselling, cross-selling and re-negotiating contracts.
- Contributing and exceeding personal and team KPI’s
- Contribute to the team atmosphere with a positive, optimistic and open mindset.
- Cooperating with rest of the Merchant Services teams to continuously develop our business.

- Proven track record of high performance from sales, customer service or retention, within Telecom, Fintech, insurance – or other relevant industry
- Fluent in Finnish, English at business level, Swedish is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to identify customer pain points and create strategies to address them
