What you’ll doAs a Systems Test Engineer for our phased array antennas development, you will focus on the cutting-edge technology of active antennas. You understand complex systems which include communication chains, RF subsystems, power and control electronics, HW/SW integration and mechanical structures, as well as the related challenges when targeting either airborne or landmobile applications. You enjoy both R&D and the production framework, you are passionate about continuous improvement, you feel at ease in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
The day-to-day

• Developing and implementing comprehensive system verification strategies, test plans, test procedures, and reports.
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results to report any defects or issues.
• Working closely with design teams to reproduce and debug issues found during testing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system testing strategies align with business goals and customer needs.
• Documenting testing phases and defects to improve future test plans and strategies.
• Assessing system performance and behavior under various conditions, potentially including stress, load, and scalability tests.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during system testing.
• Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test processes.
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product design, functionality, and usability based on test outcomes.
• Facilitating and participating in review meetings to discuss test results with project stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• MS in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, Microtechnology, etc.)
• Experience/interest in active Antenna /RF/Digital Systems
• Prior working experience in industry and with airborne application is a plus
• Swiss or EU (27) Citizenship
