Here’s your chance to utilize your prior experience in release or deployment management in a global environment – read on and apply today!City: HelsinkiJob Category: ITExtent: Full time, 12 monthsStart date: 2.1.2025Type of work: StaffingOther: Possibility to work remoteAbout the roleAs a Rollout Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing new releases to the client’s technology platforms and applications with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance with client standards. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Release Managers, Test Managers, Product Owners, Execution Leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams, to ensure safe and successful delivery. Strong communication skills and a fundamental technical understanding are essential for engaging with development teams, creating and validating deployment runbooks, and working closely with technical experts to automate release pipelines using industry-leading Release Orchestration tools.You are offered-A motivated, energetic, and international team to work with

-Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (experience from the banking sector is seen as beneficial)
-Experience working with incident, problem, and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework
-Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
-Experience in working in large-scale enterprise-integrated environments
-Experience and practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies and basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
-Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
-Fluency in spoken and written English
-Flexibility: ability to work limited evenings and weekends for the implementation of eventsIt is meritorious if you have-Experience in Service Transition Processes and facilitation
-Understanding of payment processes
