Would you like to help keep our Gallery Walk updated? At Stefanshjemmet we have a large hallway that connects our 4 departments, we have named it the Gallery Walk. Here it is possible to exhibit paintings, photo collages…Would you like to help keep our Gallery updated?At Stefanshjemmet we have a large hallway that connects our 4 departments, we have named it Gallerigangen, and here we have often been lucky to have different artists exhibit some of their artwork, often paintings, photos and the like.You won’t be alone with this, and you will always have staff to help you out.The tasks can be, for example;– to find artists who will exhibit for 2-3 months at a time.
– Communicate contact and arrange times for set-up and take-down.
– agree on whether there should be a vernissage and possibly arrange this in collaboration with the staffIn Aarhus, for example, there are many local visual artists and amateur photographers who lack places to exhibit.We hope that you might be the one who wants to help add color to Gallerigangen.Stefanshjemmet is home to people with late-stage brain injuries, physical disabilities, multiple sclerosis and dementia.Stefanshjemmet is a social and educational residential facility (SEL §83-85) and activity center (SEL §103 and 104) for people who have a physical disability and/or have suffered a brain injury.
