Join us to create the future Posti!Join our Accounting Team in Posti Service Center – We are looking for a new Senior Record to Report Specialist!Posti Service Center is a group of professionals providing payroll, sales support, and finance services to Posti Group and Posti Business teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. We are located in Finland and Estonia.The Senior Record to Report (R2R) Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting processes. This position is responsible for managing period-end close activities (including IFRS adjustments), financial reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.Key responsibilities also include the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. The Senior R2R Specialist collaborates with various stakeholders on financial accounting matters, including Group Finance, Business Controlling, auditors, and other departments. Additionally, this role supports continuous improvements within the R2R process.The position is a full-time, permanent role. We would like you to start as soon as possible, but no later than June.To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Relevant accounting-related education.
  • Good knowledge of FAS requirements. Knowledge of local requirements in Baltic countries or Nordic countries is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Record to Report, general accounting, or financial reporting.
  • Basic knowledge in consolidation and Group accounting process. Knowledge of IFRS standards and requirements is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Finance ERP systems such as S/4HANA, Fatman and HFM (Consolidation).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Organized, accurate and reliable way of working, pride to ensure closing timetable accuracy.
  • Team player spirit and development mindset.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Finnish.
