We’re looking for exceptional Ruby on Rails Frontend Engineers to join their world-class remote team and help deliver seamless, high-performance experiences to a global audience.As a Ruby Frontend Engineer, you will:Build and refine frontend experiences using Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus)Translate product specs into fluid, performant UICollaborate with backend engineers and designers for full-stack featuresFocus on speed, interactivity, and user-centric designOwn frontend code quality, accessibility, and UX polish3+ years as a Rails engineer with a frontend/UI focusHands-on experience with Stimulus, TurboStreams, TurboFramesPassion for delightful user experiences and frontend performanceExperience with large-scale, consumer-facing applicationsHigh attention to detail and design sensitivityFluent English, clear communication, and comfort with NSFW contentJob Highlights:4 weeks paid time off$200 annual wellbeing budgetCompany-provided laptopAccess to GPT-4, Mistral, Hugging Face ProAnnual team offsite
