This is a key position offering the opportunity to grow customer relationships, drive value-based selling, and contribute to commercial success in the Irish market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Country Manager of Ireland as part of a dynamic sales team
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance customer value
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to identify and close opportunities
  • Prepare competitive pricing quotations and negotiate sales terms
  • Maintain accurate customer data and opportunity tracking via CRM
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar sales role
  • Polymer/technical/chemical background advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve results
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell complex value propositions
