  • Develop, maintain, and complete a territory plan to support achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets.
  • Participate in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns, and special projects.
  • Host and represent the company at trade shows within assigned accounts or relevant associations.
  • Use data sources to analyze and capitalize on territory opportunities.
  • Communicate key competitor activities, trends, and changing customer plans and priorities.
  • Provide written and verbal communication of successes, failures, and standard methodologies.
  • Coordinate and prepare quotations/bids within company guidelines.
  • Maintain and increase the current customer database through the Company customer relations management software (Sales Force CRM).
  • Accurately forecast revenues.

Experience/Qualifications/Qualities:

  • Must have minimum BSc degree in Microbiology or equivalent microbiology experience from a laboratory.
  • Proven sales track record in a similar industry would be a plus but is not a requirement
  • Strong capabilities to interact effectively with partners at all levels within an organization
  • Ability to function exceptionally in a high-performance team
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English
  • Holding a Full Clean Driving License valid in Finland

Where you will work:Aligned to the nature of the role, you will reside within the assigned territory and can anticipate 3-4 days/week on average of customer-facing activities. When not interacting with customers, you will be based remotely from your home.
