Sales Administrator | Kildorrery | €35K+ DOE
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Every 4th Saturday Required – Day Off in Lieu)Are you a highly organised and personable administrator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team based in Kildorrery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and loves being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.What You’ll Do:Provide comprehensive administrative support to both our sales and logistics departmentsAccurately process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoicesMaintain internal systems and ensure records are always up-to-dateAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general customer enquiriesCoordinate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless deliveries and collectionsWelcome and assist visitors while supporting smooth interdepartmental communicationAssist with stock checks and generate relevant reports as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, transport, or salesStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident and professional when dealing with a high volume of people and queriesProficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new systems quicklyComfortable working fully on-site in our Kildorrery officeWhy Join Us?Competitive salary starting from €35K+ depending on experienceA varied role where no two days are the sameBe part of a busy, supportive team with a strong community feelGain valuable experience in the fast-paced logistics sector
