Customer Sales AdministratorFull-timeBishopstown, CorkAbout Your New EmployerIrelands fastest growing self-storage company is looking for a Customer Sales Administrator to join the team in Cork.About Your New Role
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact providing support whilst delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Answer inbound sales call and also follow up on enquiries through the website.
- Must be flexible / willing to work some Saturdays.
- Car owner & driver – based in Bishopstown with occasional travel to their facility in Ballyvolane & Macroom
Skills required
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and promoting their facilities in both Cork and Dublin.
- Excellent at communicating clearly & effectively with their diverse customer base.
- Reception / Retail experience an advantage.
- Organised and able to multitask with great attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel.

What’s On Offer
- Base annual salary €30k – €35k
- €7k – €10k OTE bonus
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
