Job Description Summary As a Sales and Applications specialist you will be responsible for Point of Care Ultrasound in Finland. You will own the sales number, strategy and product support for your customers, and using your commercial and clinical experience, protect and gain market share. You will own the entire sales process, this will include quoting, doing clinical demo’s and closing projects. There will be a need to work closely with other members of the team and also the wider team such as Clinical Applications, Service, Marketing and product developers.GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Follow up as necessaryWorking with sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunitiesProviding training to all sales team members on strategy and product offeringsMaking cold calls to potential customers where requiredProviding pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunitiesEstimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery schedulesForecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly reportRepresenting the company at trade association meetings to promote product and companyDeliver competent clinical product demonstrations in the clinical setting to ensure sales success.QualificationsBachelor´s or master´s degree in medical, healthcare, business or related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience).Previous Healthcare sales experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and EnglishExcellent organizational skillsStrong presentation skillsAble to travel across Finland. Own a Driver´s license, as the role requires visiting customer sites in Finland, occasionally abroad.At least two of the following core experiences (+ 3 years)
-Sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in a complex sales
environment involving multiple decisionmakers/ influencers in Healthcare business.
-Healthcare service experience, preferable in Ultrasound, Point of Care.
