Sales & Marketing Manager – The Hardiman & The House Hotel, Galway(Based in Galway or Dublin (with travel to Galway))Are you ready to lead the commercial strategy for two of Galway’s most iconic hotels?The Hardiman and The House Hotel, both part of the Choice Hotel Group, are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth, brand visibility, and innovation across both properties.From the timeless elegance of The Hardiman on Eyre Square to the chic boutique charm of The House Hotel in the Latin Quarter – this is your opportunity to shape the future of two leading hotels in the heart of Galway.What you’ll do:
- Lead sales across Rooms, F&B, events & conferences
- Grow and Develop International business through GDS, corporate and conferencing
- Create engaging marketing campaigns and sales strategies with the team to develop the hotels leisure business
- Develop and roll out dynamic, results-focused sales and marketing campaigns
- Drive overall strategy and brand presence both online and offline
- Build strong partnerships and lead a high-performing team of Marketing, Events and Sales
