Your clients include educational institutions, industry partners and students. You will also engage in new customer acquisition within these target groups. As the team leader, you will plan and monitor the development of existing customer relationships and student enrolments. You will lead and coach your team towards goals, ensuring their skills and confidence grow along with the business.We are a growing company operating in a people-centric business in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Experience in long-term customer relationship management and new customer acquisition is valued. We offer flexible working methods and competitive employee benefits.CORE TASKS:· Operational lead of Sales and Partnerships team· Setting targets, KPIs and reporting on results and insights· Managing and growing your own portfolio of (B2B) institution accounts in multiple student markets· New (B2B) customer acquisition· Managing and developing (B2C) student sales· Hands-on student contact to increase conversion of student leads throughout the lead funnel· Meeting and presenting to students at events· Attending conferences to meet with existing and new institution partners· Role in group synergy projectsWE ARE LOOKING FOR:· Strong, leadership, time management and organizational skills· Experience leading, empowering and motivating team members· Experience in account management, developing relationships and sales· Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
