• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing work orders, and ensuring accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and keeping them updated on their vehicle’s progress.
• Help manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer needs efficiently.

Sales Department Administration

• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks like preparing sales documents and updating customer databases.
• Assist with follow-ups and customer inquiries to ensure a smooth and satisfying sales experience.
• Contribute to maintaining an organised and welcoming showroom environment.

Marketing & Social Media

• Collaborate on social media content to highlight promotions, customer success stories, and community initiatives.
• Engage with online followers, responding to messages and inquiries promptly.
• Support creative marketing campaigns that showcase our brand and attract new customers.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
• Internships or prior experience in customer service or administration are advantageous but not required.
