– Processing and managing bookings for tours
– Customer service on the phone, via email, and sometimes also face to face
– Selling the right tour to the right customers
– Organizing transfers for customers
– Updating availability on our booking platforms
– We expect you to be open for other tasks in the companyWe are looking for
– Diligent, precise work attitude and attention to detail
– Excellent customer service
– Experience with booking systems is of advantage: Travius and Bokun
– Previous experience in the Rovaniemi tourism industry is of advantage
– Good social and communication skills
– Initiative and independent
– Flexible work attitude
