You will use your network and knowledge within the Swiss market to ramp up the business and generate revenue. This role is part of a succession planning and if you have built a proven track record after some time in the role you might be able to become a partial shareholder / partner of the company.Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the Swiss Sales Operations which is reporting into you
• You are a Sales Hunter type, and you will use your expertise and network in Switzerland to generate new business for the company
• The business of the company is to place consultants on different projects as part of the service offerings provided
• Have a good understanding of trends in the market to be able to come up with potential new ideas and solutions
• Market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Collaboration with internal interfaces to optimally meet customer requirements
• You will be part of the Management team

Your Profile:

• Business Administration based education paired with a good understanding of the IT- / Business Consultant Placement market
• Senior level Sales experience in the relevant field in Switzerland
• You possess a good network with relevant decision-makers needed for the success of this role
• A mandatory requirement is that during the selection process, the candidate must demonstrate that he/she is able to activate, at the time of hiring, a commercial proposition worth 1 million CHF in consultancy services (on a daily rate basis) on the prospects of his/her network.
• Ideally experience in leading a small team
• You are looking for a Sales Hunter type of role. If you are successful in this role, you might have the possibility to become a shareholder / partner of the company.
• A good understanding of IT topics
• Willingness to travel to the clients in Switzerland
• Fluent in English and German, French or Italian are a strong plus
