Other: Possibility to work remoteAbout the roleAs a Sales Director, you will lead and develop an international sales team responsible for managing direct sales and dealer partnerships across multiple markets, including Finland, France, Malaysia, Poland, and the UAE. In this role, you will contribute to the overall development of the sales function, oversee projects, and support the team in international customer relations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, where you will be responsible for team coordination, strategic decision-making, and customer relationship management. The role involves frequent international travel, and occasional presence at the Nivala office is expected.Work tasks– Lead and develop the international sales team
– Negotiate and oversee contracts, ensuring effective management of contractual and technical matters
– Develop the activities of resellers and train new partners
– Frequent travel abroadWe are looking for
– Strong experience in international sales
– Technical understanding and interest
– Leadership experience and the ability to manage and guide a team
– Fluency in English
– Legal expertise and proficiency in handling contractual mattersIt is meritorious if you have
– Finnish language skills
