Role: Outbound Call Centre Agent – Digital MarketingLocation: AltrinchamSalary:
Basic Salary: £25,000
Uncapped Commission: OTE (On-Target Earnings) £36,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, from 8:45 am to 5:15 pmKey Benefits:Uncapped Commission: Earn as much as you put into it, with limitless earning potential.Career Progression: Opportunity to advance to a Business Development Manager (BDM) role with an OTE of up to £90,000.Training & Development: Continuous support to improve and enhance your skills.Incentives & Rewards:Paid nights out, raffles, and regular rewards.
Summer Early Finish: Early finish on Fridays during summer.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Cold Calling: Engage with businesses to introduce digital marketing services.Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by clearly communicating the value of services.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.CRM Management: Manage calendars and CRM systems for seamless follow-up.Collaboration: Work with the sales team to maximize results and share best practices.RequiredSkills:Confident Communicator: Comfortable engaging with decision-makers.Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.Direct Approach: Comfortable with cold calling and a no-nonsense sales approach.Organisational Excellence: Strong time management and task prioritisation.This role offers an excellent entry point into the digital marketing world with significant earning potential and growth opportunities.
