Join the Apukka Resort story!We are recruiting a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our tour operator and group sales team. You will lead your team and work as part of Apukka’s sales team on-site at the unique Apukka Resort. You will play a key role in the success of our sales in a rapidly growing company. We work together with a great spirit with other teams and look forward to having you as part of our team!As a Sales Manager, your daily responsibilities will include actively selling to tour operators, creating offers and reservations, and maintaining relationships with our B2B customers. You will be the face of Apukka among our B2B partners, representing us at industry fairs and events both domestically and internationally. Additionally, you will assist other Apukka sales teams with tasks such as managing FIT customer bookings. You report to the Sales Director.We expect you to have previous experience in sales and management. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are an asset, as well as the ability to develop and innovate both yourself and operating methods. Excellent organizational skills are important, and we hope you lead your team by example. In addition, you communicate fluently in English.You will shine if you:
