£55,000 – £65,000 + OTE Bonus + Training + Pension + Car AllowanceAn excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the microwave and optics equipment sector to join a leading manufacturer and service provider in a role offering growth, training, and progression opportunities.This company is a globally recognised manufacturer and service provider of microwave and optics products.In this role, you will oversee diverse sales activities, playing a pivotal part in business development and driving the company’s growth in the UK and Ireland markets. Your focus will be on developing business opportunities for microwave radio equipment, optics equipment, services, and solutions. This is a remote role based in the UK, but it will require travel to meet customers.The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the microwave radio or optics equipment markets. The successful candidate should be a driven individual looking to contribute to the business’s long-term success and growth in a technically demanding market.This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in microwave radio or optics equipment to join a global leader, offering excellent growth and progression opportunities.The Role:

• Business Development for Microwave Radio and Optics Equipment
• Management of the whole sales process
• Travel to customer sites to develop business opportunities
• Remotely based in the UK

The Person:

• Sales Experience in Microwave Radio/Optics Equipment market
• Strong understanding of technical and business requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Based in the UK, Full UK Driving License
