This dual role includes taking responsibility for Beyond Arctic marketing in multiple channels and working together with our sales team to bring in new contacts, sales channels and taking care of existing partners.Your Role:
As our Sales and Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the managing team to understand the details of Beyond Arctics business and customers, create and manage online marketing campaigns, develop and maintain relationships with key partners, and manage and grow Beyond Arctics social media presence.
Working with sales, you provide friendly, efficient and trouble-free communication for our valued partners and a smooth customer service experience for B2C.This role is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, adventure tourism, excellent organizational, communication, sales and customer service skills, and a passion for photography and nature.Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
-Create and manage online marketing campaigns
-Manage and develop Beyond Arctics social media presence
-Communicating within the sales process to individual travellers, travel agencies and key partners and suppliers; designing and closing deals on activity packages for agencies and individual travellers
-Providing excellent customer service over email, phone, and in person
-Supporting our Frontdesk sales team by Answering emails and phone calls when needed
-Organising the team schedule together with the operations teamQualifications and Skills:
-Proven experience in digital marketing and social media
-Knowledge of the adventure tourism sector
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Experience in customer service
-Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills (Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese) are a plus.What We Offer:
