Job description
A forward-thinking and well-established estate agency with a strong foothold in the East London market is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to its vibrant team based in Shoreditch.You’ll be joining a tight-knit, high-performing sales team alongside credible industry experts.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to completion
- Conduct property viewings, generate offers, and negotiate sales to successful exchange
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, offering market insight and pricing strategy
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Support marketing efforts to promote new instructions and increase visibility
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sales negotiator, ideally in the London residential market
- Confident managing client relationships and negotiating deals
- Strong knowledge of the sales process from valuation to exchange
- Driven, professional, and focused on both targets and service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (pool car provided)
Package & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £17,000 per annum
- OTE: £55 000
- Guarantee: £30,000 for the first 3 months
- Car: Pool car provided
