Job description

A forward-thinking and well-established estate agency with a strong foothold in the East London market is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to its vibrant team based in Shoreditch.You’ll be joining a tight-knit, high-performing sales team alongside credible industry experts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to completion
  • Conduct property viewings, generate offers, and negotiate sales to successful exchange
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, offering market insight and pricing strategy
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Support marketing efforts to promote new instructions and increase visibility
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sales negotiator, ideally in the London residential market
  • Confident managing client relationships and negotiating deals
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process from valuation to exchange
  • Driven, professional, and focused on both targets and service
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence (pool car provided)

Package & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £17,000 per annum
  • OTE: £55 000
  • Guarantee: £30,000 for the first 3 months
  • Car: Pool car provided
