• Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to vendors
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building
• Manage the sales process from initial instruction through to exchange and completion
• Accompany viewings and negotiate sales terms between vendors and purchasers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Stay updated on local market trends and new developments
• Collaborate with the lettings team to maximise cross-selling opportunities
• Represent the agency at networking events and industry functions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in property sales or high-end retail (essential)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Knowledge of the Nine Elms/South London property market (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
• Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous
