  • You’re efficiently and independently managing assigned tasks within designated schedules.

What you can expect as our Sales Operations Assistant

  • You’ll be assisting with customer invoicing and ensuring timely communication with customers and sales staff.
  • You’ll be answering questions regarding invoicing and resolving special cases and disputes as they arise.
  • You’ll provide occasional reports to customers and authorities as required.
  • You’ll collaborate with other functions such as Legal, Finance and CPaaS to ensure new sales contracts are compliant with preset terms and conditions.
  • You’ll help manage customer and sales data in our CRM system HubSpot and other internal systems and tools.
  • You’ll be assisting with various other financial and sales administration tasks.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as it is our primary working language.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize, work with deadlines, and be flexible.
  • Ambitious team-oriented attitude combined with willingness to take extreme ownership of your tasks.
  • Ethical conduct.
  • A valid work permit in Finland is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Suitable educational background (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration).
  • As we need someone full-time, it’d be ideal if you’ve already graduated. We mostly work during office hours but in sales it’s not always about 9 to 5.
  • Working proficiency in Finnish is an added bonus (especially written Finnish for communication with the Finnish customers).
  • Prior work experience from sales or sales operations (willingness and interest in learning is key)
  • Prior experience with CRM/financial software/tools.

  • Start date: January 2025
  • Employment type: Full-time and permanent.
  • Working hours: Flexible.
  • Compensation: EUR 2200/month
